1. How to request data deletion

There are two ways to have your data removed from InstantModerate:

A) Send us a request

Email us at common@commonconsultancy.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Please include:

• Your name
• Your organization name
• The Facebook Page(s) concerned (if applicable)

We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 7 days.

B) Deauthorize via Facebook

You can remove InstantModerate from your Facebook account at any time through Facebook > Settings > Business Integrations. When you deauthorize InstantModerate, we receive a notification from Meta and begin the deletion process automatically.

2. What we delete

Upon receiving a deletion request or deauthorization event, we remove the following data associated with your account and organization:

• Connection data: Facebook user associations, Page access tokens, and Page mappings
• Content data: Stored comments, posts, and engagement metrics associated with your Pages
• Moderation data: Keyword match records, moderation status, and audit log events tied to your organization

Operational log files that may reference anonymized identifiers are retained for security purposes and rotated on a regular schedule. These logs never contain access tokens or secrets.

3. Timelines

Automatic retention cleanup	After 90 days

4. Confirmation

We will send a confirmation to your registered email address once deletion has been completed. If you have any questions about the status of a deletion request, please contact us at common@commonconsultancy.com.
